Please note, this map is an approximation of our district boundaries. Your tax bill ultimately defines your residency within our district. If you have a tax bill for your home, simply look to see if it lists Fountaindale Public Library District (Foun Pub Lib Dist). For questions about your tax bill and residency, please contact the Will County Clerk at 815.740.4615 or the DuPage County Election Commission at 630.407.5600. The Will County Supervisor of Assessments also offers a property search that shows if Fountaindale Public Library is included in your taxing bodies.
If you prefer to have a physical library card, you can apply for one in person at the 1st Floor Information Desk or the Bookmobile. Please bring two forms of identification, one of which must be a photo ID listing your current address. If your photo ID does not show your current address, a second form of ID will be necessary.
