Every September, we recognize Healthy Aging Month as a time to focus on the health and well-being of older adults. Enjoy the free resources and services that the library has to offer and join our Outreach team at these interactive events to help us celebrate positive aging and work towards a healthier community.
Home Delivery Service
Patrons of all ages who reside within the Fountaindale Public Library District are eligible for Home Delivery Service if they are confined to their residences either temporarily due to illness or accident, or permanently due to illness, disability or other mobility issues. Upon request, outreach staff can also provide help with selecting materials and locating information on a specific topic. Patrons who qualify for Home Delivery Service may request books, audiobooks, DVDs, Playaways, magazines, music CDs, and more! Explore Memory Care Kits on the Bookmobile

Learn about our Memory Care Kits intended to be used by caregivers of people dealing with memory loss due to Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or a brain injury. Each kit has a different theme: farming, oceans, retro Hollywood, pets, and much more! And while on the Bookmobile, enjoy free giveaways and refreshments, while supplies last.
Hugo’s Elvis Tribute Show
