Our public printer is located in the Computer Commons on the 2nd Floor. Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted at this printer.* Children are welcome to use the printer in Children’s Services, and teens may use the printer located in the Vortex.
*A temporary $5 authorization will be placed when your card is swiped.
If you want to print via our wireless network or from home for pick up, please use our web printing service. Print jobs from this service are sent to the printer in our 2nd Floor Computer Commons and are held in the print queue for up to four hours.
To print an email message or attachment, forward your email to: bw-fpld@eprintitsaas.com (B&W print) or color-fpld@eprintitsaas.com (color print). You will be sent release instructions which can be used to retrieve your printouts from the 2nd Floor Computer Commons printer.
Free self-serve scanners are available on the 1st Floor adjacent to the elevators by the self-checkouts, behind the 2nd Floor and 3rd Floor Service Desks, in the 2nd Floor Computer Commons, and in Studio 300. Scans can be sent to an email address or saved to a USB flash drive. The units on the 1st Floor, in the 2nd Floor Computer Commons, and in Studio 300 contain flatbed scanners and document scanners, while the scanners behind the 2nd Floor and 3rd Floor Service desks only have document scanners.
Self-serve fax units are available behind the 2nd and 3rd Floor Service Desks. Faxing costs $0.50/page, and cash and credit/debit card payments are accepted.* Fax units only provide an email confirmation; no print confirmation is available.
