Please note, we receive a large number of suggestions each year, so we’re unable to respond to all submissions. Our staff will review the information you provide, and if your proposal is accepted, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. We only select programs that comply with our Programming Policy, so be sure to read it before submitting your request to present.
Programming time frame and proposal deadlines
We plan and select our programs months in advance. Please pay close attention to the time frames listed here:
- February 1: Proposals for June, July and August are due
- May 1: Proposals for September, October and November are due
- August 1: Proposals for December, January and February are due
- November 1: Proposals for March, April and May are due
