Please see below for a listing of the resources and services we provide in order to achieve this goal. Our meeting rooms are outfitted with Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) from Listen Technologies. These personal devices are connected to our microphone system and will send the sound directly into a T-coil device or cochlear implant. Each device has a neck loop that slips comfortably over your neck for hands-free comfort. When you press the power button, the device will automatically tune into the sound system. Please let us know before the start of a program if you need to use one of our ALDs.
Please complete this Closed Captioning Request Form at least three business days prior to the event. Requests made less than three days in advance may not be possible, as equipment may be in use for another event. Staff will make every effort to accommodate patron requests and offer additional programming suggestions. For questions, please contact our ADA Liaison, Debra Dudek, ddudek@fountaindale.org; 630.685.4201.
