Celebrate National Library Outreach Day on Wednesday, April 10, from 2 to 4 p.m.!
We’ll be parked in front of the library with our Bookmobile and Library Express Van. Stop by to enjoy prizes, crafts, music, a balloon artist and much more! You can even meet your favorite book talker or storyteller, have your picture taken in front of our vehicles and enjoy pop-up storytimes!
National Library Outreach Day, formerly known as National Bookmobile Day, celebrates library outreach and the dedicated professionals who bring library services directly to their patrons. Whether through bookmobile stops at local elementary schools, services provided to retirement homes or library pop-ups at community events, these outreach services play a crucial role in serving the community.
