The Fountaindale Public Library District is seeking a customer service oriented individual to join our Adult and Teen Services Department. Under the general direction of the ATSD Supervisor, the Adult and Teen Services Specialist will provide support to Library patrons by assisting at the public help desks, monitoring the use of the library computer area, and assisting in the use of online catalogs, online databases, online services, internet, hardware and other equipment available for public use.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, effective communication skills, and knowledge of productivity suites and integrated library systems.

The Fountaindale Public Library District is seeking a detail oriented and productive individual to join our Collections Department. This position is responsible for cataloging materials in a timely manner, processing periodicals, and primarily copy cataloging and classifying materials to provide the best access and discovery for library users.
The ideal candidate is organized, efficient and demonstrates familiarity with integrated library systems, MARC, RDA, OCLC, and the Dewey Decimal Classification system.
