eRead Illinois - Axis360

When you go to the service and select Fountaindale as your library, you can go to the "App Zone" to download an app for your device: Axis360 for iOS (Apple) or Android. App is also available for Windows PC (not Windows phones). You can also find the apps in the App Store from your device. Once you have found a title available to checkout, you will login with your library card number and PIN. Here is the YouTube channel that has helpful videos on the Axis360 app. Content may also be transferred to basic e-readers (Kobo, Nook Touch Glow, etc.) via Adobe Digital Editions. See note below about Kindle Fire. Content is not compatible with Kindle Paperwhite or other Kindle e-readers.

Note for Kindle Fire owners: The apps are not available from the Amazon App Store through your device. You will need to follow the instructions located here to get the Axis360 app on your device.

This is the brand new interface for searching library collections from around the world. Items less than a year old cannot be requested, but Fountaindale will investigate purchase. Some libraries charge for certain types of items; we will inform you if we can only get the item you want from one of these and get authorization from you before placing the request. Items held by libraries located internationally will not be requested.
